All Phase maintains a fully staffed construction firm with a multi-skilled, multi-trade work force necessary to manage the complexities and schedule constraints of today’s customers. All Phase Construction which started as an ornamental steel design and erection company in 1997 is now a totally equipped construction company that services municipal, commercial, and private customers in Connecticut and New York. All Phase Construction boasts a 40% annual growth. Raymond N. Weiner, the company’s founder, attributes this expansion to his emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction, direct project involvement, reinvestment in employees, and equipment upgrades.
