All Phase Construction is a full service construction management and contracting firm. The company has successfully operated in the Connecticut and Westchester County area for more than 10 years. All Phase was founded by Ray Weiner who began with a small structural steel and specialty metal subcontracting shop in 1997.
In the course of performing installations of structural steel, Ray realized the need for access to qualified and reliable trade subcontractors. He began to seek out and add these qualified trades to his own organization creating an environment where multiple trades perform as an integrated team.
After performing a number of projects where All Phase completed the majority of construction phases, the company again expanded its capabilities to include a professional services group that offers owners and developers one-stop access to architects, engineers, construction mangers and project managers for a wide variety of building projects.
Today, All Phase offers its customers a comprehensive menu of construction services and the ability to custom tailor a services package for any client. Our team of construction professionals holds a variety of advanced degrees and provides a view of any project from multiple perspectives before deciding on the best approach for design and construction.

Our customers have learned to expect this commitment to a quality outcome from all our divisions.
Some of our notable projects include the complete reconstruction of the Darien Theatre building updating the structure to attract upscale retail tenants while maintaining historic architectural features and streetscape; a 27,000 sq. ft. light industrial project in Bridgeport that entailed reclamation of over 2 acres of urban blight/brown field redevelopment area and the design, engineering and construction of a state-of the art structural steel ornamental metal fabrication facility; and the historically accurate reconstruction of the Edlin Building in South Norwalk, a national historic buildings register site.
