Ray Weiner

Owner & Founder. Ray is a self-made entrepreneur with a lifetime of construction knowledge and field experience in various building trades. Early in his career, he was a steamfitter apprentice for United Technologies at Avco in Stratford, Connecticut. He worked for Eastern Metal Works, Inc., as Project Manager and Head Estimator. Ray joined H & Y Construction to broaden his repertoire of construction trade experience He progressed from steel worker to Project Manager coordinating million dollar projects. In 1997, he decided it was time to start his own company.  Ray has grown and nurtured Ray Weiner LLC
dba All Phase Construction from a successful small business to a solid, multi-million dollar construction company.

 

 

Scott Davies, PE

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering and Construction Management. He is responsible for all design and supervision of engineered construction projects at All Phase. He has over 25 years experience in providing engineering means and methods for construction on large scale projects and design-build projects.

Lisa Renkowsky, LEED® AP, Project Executive

Coming to All Phase with a 20 year background in corporate sales and marketing, Lisa has been with the company for 5 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Economics and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. In addition to working with Ray in developing the company business strategy and implementation plan, Lisa serves as project executive for the more complex projects the company takes on. Working collaboratively with all project stakeholders, her objectives in this role include customer satisfaction and the ultimate business success of a variety of projects.

Jocelyn Isabelle, Senior Project Manager - Commercial

With a Degree in Construction Management and 20 years experience in a variety of construction areas, Jocelyn brings a wealth of knowledge to the All Phase team.  In his previous position as project manager at an international construction company, Jocelyn developed a keen awareness for the requirements of large project coordination and execution. He brings those skills to All Phase and our focus on customer value and quality outcomes.  His primary responsibility is for commercial and state contract projects as well as to set stringent sub-contractor qualifications standards for the entire general contracting group.

Alan Dreher, Senior Project Manager - Residential

During his more than 30 years experience in the construction industry, Alan has served as project manager for several multi-million dollar hotel projects as well as founded and run a custom residential building enterprise. His expertise spans the general construction of large commercial projects to highly specialized historic reconstruction and high-end custom residential ventures. Alan currently heads the residential construction group at All Phase. His considerable experience is also a valuable asset in the company’s sustainable building endeavors.

Mark Catalano, Architectural Design

Mark joined All Phase at the start of 2008. He brings a background in architectural design honed at some of the area’s most prestigious design firms. He holds a Professional Masters Degree in Architecture. His major projects have included public housing projects, streetscapes, golf and recreational club houses and a number of high-end residences and residential renovations. Mark works directly with clients and the construction team to ensure the project meets the owner’s design requirements.

Roel Legaspi, Sr. Estimator

Roel started at All Phase in early 2006. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and has served a variety of roles from project manager to head estimator in the international general contracting industry. At All Phase he is the lead for our general trades estimating group and has been instrumental in implementing a computerized estimating system that captures in fine detail project budgets and subsequent actual costs.

Paul Salce, Jr - Controller

Paul joined All Phase in mid 2007, when it was determined that the company had outgrown its general bookkeeping staff. He holds a Bachelors degree in accounting and has over 20 years experience in construction accounting and financial planning. Paul has taken the helm of the company’s computer accounting systems and is working with the strategic planning group and operations to fully realize the benefits of an integrated cost reporting system. Paul also oversees the accounting staff, human resources functions and works with each division of the company to better manage costs and overhead
