Construction Management and Contracting Services
Our construction management team consists of Project Executives, Project Managers, Site Supervisors and a fully staffed construction documentation team. Team members work closely with owners and architects to ensure that building projects are executed smoothly and cost-effectively from the conceptual phase through completion and commissioning. Close attention is kept on budgets and costs throughout to help the owner and design team Our management team has a depth and variety of building experience that becomes a valuable tool in helping customers achieve their project vision.
Architectural Design Services
In-house design services offer All Phase customers the option of a full-service design build contract with a single partner. Using an integrated team approach to design and development of a project allows the client to take advantage of a number of cost saving opportunities at the outset of design and development as well as facilitating design modifications and incorporation of field changes to keep delays and cost overruns to a minimum.
Engineering Services
With more than 25 years experience in providing engineering means and methods for construction on large scale projects and design-build projects in and, Scott Davies, PE heads the All Phase Engineering Services Division. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering and Construction Management. He is responsible for reviewing any structural elements for our steel and concrete divisions and supervision of engineered construction projects at All Phase.
Our engineering services group provides engineering support and independent consultation for the full range of construction engineering requirements. From site planning and structural engineering through building systems commissioning, All Phase engineers ensure projects meet the most stringent building standards and construction requirements

LEED® Certification and Sustainable Construction Practices
The Company has recently added a USGBC LEED® Accredited Professional to its staff. Working as an independent consultant, the LEED® AP will guide your project through the credit analysis process, facilitate integrated design sessions to identify a strategy and goal for LEED Certification, coordinate the building design and technical specification process, and shepherd the preparation and submission of required USGBC certification applications and credit ruling requests.
