In House Trades
Since the company’s inception as a steel fabrication and installation subcontractor, All Phase has been a provider of high-quality skilled trades to general contractors and construction management firms in the region.
Building on the needs of our structural and miscellaneous steel divisions, All Phase has assembled a general construction skilled trades workforce of more than 100 craftsmen and skilled workers. We offer customers quality workmanship with budget and schedule sensitive delivery for their masonry, concrete, site work, demolition and excavation needs.
Our teams are fully insured, OSHA compliant and most importantly, fully competent in their areas of expertise. We also have a full complement of professional support for our trades ensuring that construction drawings and specifications are reviewed for constructability and potential value engineering and that our construction methods and materials are compliant with LEED* credit requirements when necessary.
Because our in-house trades have been an organic growth based on our own requirements stemming from the steel portion of the business the trades are complementary in function and offer customers the ability to ‘bundle’ multiple trade packages in a single subcontract taking advantage of pricing and schedule economies that are hard to achieve with multiple subcontracts.
